Working Principle

1. Feeding system - realize quantitative feeding and ensure uniform feeding of iron powder;

2. Matching motor - constant torque characteristic of electromagnetic speed regulating motor of iron concentrate powder pelletizing machine. When the pressing amount of feeder is equal to that of iron powder required by the host machine, it can maintain a constant feeding pressure and stabilize the pellet quality;

3. Transmission system - the transmission part of iron powder ball press is composed of motor - triangular belt - reducer - Open Gear - roll;

4. Hydraulic protection device - the iron powder ball press has a hydraulic protection device. When the iron powder ball press works, the high-pressure oil is pumped into the hydraulic cylinder by the hydraulic pump to make the piston produce axial displacement, and the front head of the piston rod is on the bearing seat to meet the production pressure requirements
